Ben French

Ben works as a change advisor and coach with individuals and organizations on projects that enable leadership at all levels so that more people can create a positive change in our world.

Before becoming a change consultant and leadership coach, Ben spent more than 15 years in international development, working in countries as diverse as South Sudan and Papua New Guinea on topics ranging from corporate management to public service reform. His work exposed him to diverse perspectives on organizational change, team building, and effective leadership.

In 2021, Ben stepped back and stopped moving from one job to another for the first time. He used this time to look around and realized he wanted to use the next stage of his career to focus on: ▪️ Working with purpose-driven organizations and SMEs as a leadership and change consultant to help organizations figure out what they need to do to be successful and how to do it. ▪️ Coaching individuals to create practical solutions for their leadership and change challenges. ▪️ Exploring Ordinary Leadership to make leadership more accessible to build teams, organizations, and companies capable of tackling tough, intractable problems.
