On Purpose is tackling the greatest challenge of our time: transforming our economy from profit to purpose. By developing purpose-driven leaders, we help transform organisations, and together, build an economy that works for people and planet.
Together, we learn to see a different future and take action towards realising it in the organisations we work in. Our programmes seed a vibrant community who care, inspire, challenge and support one another as we make this transformation a reality.
Our Associate Programme develops people who will help transform the economy by changing the organisations in which they work. The year-long leadership programme offers two paid purpose-driven work placements, weekly training and regular 1:1 coaching and mentoring. Associates join a thriving community that continues to develop, challenge and support them as they work towards making the transformation we need a reality.
We were founded in London in 2009. We are based at Impact Hub London Euston where we work alongside other purpose-driven organisations.
On Purpose has been in Paris since 2013. We're based in the social enterprise hub Lut'ESS, a thriving community of social enterprises.
We are based in the heart of Kreuzberg working alongside social start ups and more established social enterprises.
