Haseena Farid
Haseena Farid is an established Leadership and Culture Consultant, Executive Coach, and Co-Founder of the Women of Colour Global Network (WOCGN) — a pioneering platform supporting over 2,200 women of colour leaders globally, backed by a network of over
100 senior mentors.
With more than 22 years’ experience across the cultural, media, higher education, and non-profit sectors, Haseena has built a reputation for designing and delivering transformational leadership programmes that centre inclusion, belonging, and cultural intelligence.
Before founding her consultancy, Haseena held senior philanthropic and fundraising roles at cultural institutions including the Royal Institution, British Museum, Royal Academy of Arts, Serpentine Gallery, and Young Vic Theatre — leading teams, shaping strategy, and raising over £5 million in support of creative and social impact initiatives.
She is the designer of the Guardian-endorsed Pathways Leadership Programme for global majority women, which has been delivered across leading creative and cultural organisations. She has also developed sponsorship and allyship frameworks now being embedded within institutions to strengthen accountability and progression pathways for underrepresented talent.
As a consultant and executive coach, Haseena has worked with organisations including The Guardian, Greenpeace, Serpentine Gallery, University of Greenwich, Natural History Museum, Frieze, and DK Publishing.
An AOEC-trained Executive Coach (EMCC Senior Practitioner Global accreditation in progress), she partners with senior leaders, executives, and emerging changemakers to lead with confidence, authenticity, and cultural intelligence.
Her practice bridges inclusion, leadership, and systems change, supporting individuals and organisations to align purpose with practice.
