My journey to becoming a Coach began a long time ago. I have always loved people and am a natural extrovert, fascinated by working out what makes people tick.

My early career was spent in Marketing at Tesco.com in the early days of online shopping. It gave me a solid grounding in corporate life and I learnt some great core marketing skills. My sense of adventure got the better of me and I then spent a few years living and working in Tokyo, running the Consumer Practice of a boutique Executive Search firm. I loved the melting pot of cultures and different working styles and was lucky enough to work with some amazing people from all over the world.

My return to the UK saw me progress my career in Search, working with a wide range of professionals, mainly in the Consumer and Financial Services sectors, from early stage career to top level Executives.

My focus then turned to my family, and I have enjoyed bringing up my children in their early years. During this time I have volunteered as a Parent Gym Coach, (a parenting programme funded by Mind Gym), working with parents of primary school age children, to increase parenting skills and confidence. I am also a mentor for the Prince's Trust.

My Executive Coaching qualification with the Academy of Executive Coaching formalised the coaching and development work I've done throughout my career. This accredited qualification has enabled me to weave the many different threads of my experience, both professionally and personally into my coaching style. I work as a though partner with my clients, and am flexible and intuitive in my approach. I am warm and empathic with a dose of challenge, always working in support of my clients.

I work as as a thought partner with my clients. She is flexible and intuitive in her coaching style, combining her energy and drive with a warm, collaborative and empathic approach. Her clients feel supported in a safe space, and by establishing high levels of trust and rapport, powerful and challenging questions can be asked. This allows clients to feel empowered to achieve their goals.

Clients are typically bright, capable and courageous mid-senior female leaders, often in a period of transition and change in both their professional and personal lives. I partner with my clients to help them find solutions to a range of challenges including career transition and change, increasing influence, team management and motivation, and confidence building.
