Thuy has over 10 years of experience across banking, technology, legal services, and market research, with a focus on project management and stakeholder engagement in client-facing environments. Most recently, she worked in legal services, supporting clients through complex and sensitive cases while helping to streamline communication and processes.
Alongside her professional work, she has developed a strong interest in purpose-driven impact through mentoring, volunteering, and teaching. She has worked closely with people facing barriers in confidence, access, and career direction, gaining first-hand insight into the challenges they encounter and the systems that shape their opportunities.
She is joining On Purpose to deepen her understanding of the social impact sector and to apply her skills in structured problem-solving, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement within mission-driven organisations. She is particularly interested in how strategy, operations, and systems can be strengthened to deliver impact more effectively and at scale.
Thuy holds a masters degree in Finance, Economics and Management from the University of Bristol. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, exploring different cultures, and continuous learning.
