Aishwarya Bajpai

Aishwarya worked in Partner Marketing, Sales Enablement and Process Improvement roles in the UK, USA and India, mainly in the technology sector, solving diverse problems to drive demand, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. She is joining On Purpose after a break to raise her family, during which volunteered to run a community, support a social enterprise and also started an online initiative to provide free religious/spiritual education to children via a variety of channels. Aishwarya has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
