I'm an Executive coach and coach trainer, helping leaders and aspiring leaders to find clarity around their purpose in and outside of their careers. I work especially well around the 21st century topics of authenticity, imposter syndrome, work/life balance, navigating difficult conversation and career happiness. I proudly coach clients across industry, across cultures and across levels of seniority and experience. I believe that coaching and the benefits it brings should be available to the many, not the few. I'm also a coach who is passionate about the Climate Emergency. I truly believe that coaching skills and coaching conversations can help at an individual, organisational and societal level.
