Joanna Harris
Joanna is an innovation and product professional, with 8+ years experience across fintech, financial services and travel sectors.
Before joining On Purpose, she worked at several large multi-national organisations where she designed and launched a national-scale proposition to improve financial literacy of under-30s, launched personalised digital app features for a user base of 9.5m+ and led cross-functional teams through the design and delivery of new embedded finance products.
Joanna has a BA in Geography from the University of Exeter, motivated by her interest in people and the world around her, and has more recently completed an MSc in Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics and Political Science (2024-25) as part of an intentional pivot towards a career with purpose. Through this programme, she brought her experience in innovation together with her passion in making things better for people. Her capstone project used qualitative research and design thinking to develop a mobile health venture to address healthcare inequalities through preventative care.
Joanna joins On Purpose to apply her commercial innovation skills to tackling society's biggest challenges, working alongside organisations pursuing systemic change.
Outside of work, Joanna loves travelling, running and exploring London’s coffee shops with her partner and dog, Mochi.
