Ian Merrill

Ian has worked across the public and third sectors in roles ranging from volunteer to CEO. He has worked in addiction, mental health, offending and homelessness services, community development, complimentary currency and as a business development consultant. In 2020, Ian is deepening his understanding of the environmental and climate crisis we face, and working out how to apply his skills and experience to collective efforts to adapt how we live. He retains a passion for the idea of citizenship and how we amplify our personal agency by working in groups to bring about positive change. He very much enjoys working as an On Purpose Mentor and helping Associates navigate their own transitions
