Nicolas Ceasar

Nicolas is an executive and team coach and OD consultant. He has worked as a trusted adviser to leaders in multiple sectors most recently supporting RBS executives in transforming the bank’s customer service approach and investment banking activities. Nicolas has made his career about helping leaders to learn, grow and succeed in times of personal, organisational and societal challenge and change. Previously he was a management consultant, researcher and educator and led and grew two purpose driven businesses. Qualifications MBA (Distinction); MSc in OD and change Diplomas in Management Consulting, Marketing and Advanced coaching MBTI, EQi 2.0 and Hogan Assessment qualified.
