Paul Skidmore

Paul began his career as a speechwriter for an MP, a think-tank policy researcher and government strategy advisor. Upon completing a Masters in Public Affairs at Princeton University in 2008, Paul helped set up the Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative in Rwanda, and went on to be Director of Projects and Deputy CEO. Paul left in 2014 to found the Rising Academy Network and has led the organisation from startup to having 39 schools in Sierra Leone and Liberia in less than 3 years.
