Pauline Eloi

Pauline headed up the French localisation team at the Yoox Net-a-Porter Group for over four years, before becoming a part of the production department, where she provided resource planning, and both project and talent management. She specialises in process optimisation and project management (PRINCE2) and joined On Purpose to understand how these skills can be utilised in social enterprise, to facilitate the transition to a more sustainable and restorative economic model. Outside of work, she enjoys boxing and yoga, and is passionate about food and travel - especially to Africa. Pauline has an MA in Translation and Interpreting and speaks both French and Spanish.
