Robbie Semple
Robbie joins On Purpose from Rolls-Royce where he has spent the last four years working in HR. After completing the graduate programme, he spent time as a team lead in the North American Shared Service Centre, before working as a HR Business Partner, supporting Corporate Functions. Robbie originally studied Psychology and Economics at Trinity College, Dublin before completing a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology at the London School of Economics. With a keen interest in international development, he has spent time volunteering as a teacher and project manager in India and a journalist in Liberia.
