Sara Cocomazzi

Prior to joining On Purpose, Sara worked as Marketing Communications professional for a diverse range of companies in Italy, either in creative and management roles. In 2007 she was appointed Communications and Manager for VBH Group, a german multinational company specialised in window and door hardware supply, to drive the start-up of the Communication and Marketing Department in Italy. Her work involved corporate design and brand promotion development, direct marketing, public relation, internal communication, web content management. From 2012 Sara has been engaged in a wide variety of pro bono work and volunteering activities either in Italy and UK for charities including Red Cross, A.G.E.O.P., Dynamo Camp, ACCT Therapy Centre, Hospice at Home, Cancer Research UK. In the six months prior to joining On Purpose, Sara has been Communications intern at Global Philanthropic, an international consultancy specialised in advisory services for the philanthropic and fundraising sectors. Sara holds an MA with honours in "Business Communication, Marketing and Advertising" from University of LUMSA in Rome.
