Sifa Porter

Prior to joining On Purpose, Sifa worked in in Uganda for 8 years, mainly in the non-profit sector, providing educational support and rehabilitation services to street children and other vulnerable groups. She specialised in project management and delivery on top of youth counselling and advisory services. She is passionate about helping others reach their potential by providing them with the tools, information and opportunity to do so. This is reflected in her volunteering work with prisoners providing them and community-based organisations, where she helped them get donations and funding. Due to her love of nature and she also started an organic vegetable farm. She studied Criminology & Applied Psychology at the University of Brighton.
