Tania Han
Tania spent over a decade as a project manager and change consultant in Financial Services before joining On Purpose. As an avid traveler and glocalist, her journey has so far taken her to Australia, the UK and India, where she delivered projects to improve organisational design, processes and technology for big banks, whilst championing leadership capability, diversity and inclusion in and outside of work. Leveraging her love for learning, exploration and connecting with people, she has spent years volunteering with NGOs working to improve young people's education and creative opportunities, build communities and protect the environment and food security across the world. Her experience in the corporate and social sector has driven her desire to use her skills for good and led her to On Purpose. In her spare time, she supports people living in London to grow their own food, campaigns for social and environmental causes and undertakes photography projects. Tania holds a MSc in Development Management from The Open University,
