Dario Parente

Prior to joining On Purpose, Dario led EMEA Strategic Programme Management at BNY Mellon, overseeing major strategic and regulatory initiatives across the region. He has worked in corporate banking since 2000, with over a decade of international experience in debt capital markets, from carbon credit registry services to bilateral loan administration. His career spans New York, London, and Frankfurt, covering client management, product development, and strategic business development. Since relocating to Germany in 2019, Dario has served as MD of a SEND School Trust for children with learning difficulties and currently leads a large kindergarten and preschool provider in Munich. He holds an MBA from Cass Business School and lives in Munich with his husband and son.
