Alex has spent over 8 years working across government, startups and the charity sector. Before On Purpose, Chief Operating Officer at the Brain & Spine Foundation, where he has focused on financial sustainability and developing new partnerships to support patients and families navigating neurological conditions.
Before joining the charity sector, Alex co-founded SurveyMind, an AI platform helping governments turn public consultations into actionable insights. Prior to that, he worked in the Civil Service, contributing to the UK's National Data Strategy at DCMS and supporting emergency response efforts at the Cabinet Office during flooding incidents and the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic.
