She’s an in-house HR professional with experience partnering with senior business leaders to translate organisational goals into workable HR solutions. Her experience in Marketing Services and Financial Services in London, Paris and Hong Kong includes strategic HR Business Partnership; Sourcing and Attraction; Reward; and Performance, Talent, Succession and Development.

To complement her in-house HR experience and to better equip her to support individuals and organisations to fulfill their potential, Faye is also a practicing Executive Coach.

Her in-house, international work means Faye brings first-hand experience of supporting leaders navigating complex, global organisations to have a lasting impact. As an Executive Coach she helps leaders work on what matters to them in the context of their organisations.

Faye’s coaching philosophy is based on the Humanistic school of psychology and the following:

- The potential within every individual: Each client she partners with has the talents and potential to explore and find solutions to face the challenges that really matter to him or her.

- Goal-focussed development: Executive coaching is development focussed, best enabled by having clear development goals that really matter to the client.

- Co-creative and relational - the space between: The space between individuals is what really matters - whether between the Client and the Coach, or between the Client and his / her relationships back in the organisation. Coaching helps clients find space to focus on what really matters; and by exploring how the relationships around us can help inform and create inspiring ideas and bright futures.

Faye’s formal coaching training was gained at Ashridge Hult Business School, UK; she is EMCC accredited; and her coaching supervision also takes place via Ashridge.

She is a member of the British Psychological Society, Level A and B accredited; and holds MBTI, 16PF, Hogan, IRIS and PsyCap Potential qualifications. She has a Masters degree in Modern & Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.

Faye is currently based in London, UK but working virtually via MS Teams, is happy to work internationally. She has lived and worked in London, Paris and Hong Kong.
