Gill Martin
Gill is an executive coach, consultant and facilitator with over twenty-five years’ experience in a wide range of sectors in the UK and Europe. With a background in Learning and Organisational Development, she is fascinated by people and organisations and getting under the skin of what makes them tick.
Gill balances a systemic understanding of the organisational and wider context, with a heart-led care for her clients. She is passionate about developing resourceful and resilient leaders who can deliver individual performance at the highest level while creating a culture where everyone can find their place and purpose in order to thrive. She’s skilled at facilitating conversations, within teams and across organisations to build understanding, trust and creating the conditions for collaborative working.
Gill has worked with leaders and teams in organisations from a range of market sectors such as Roche, Taylor Wimpey, Centrica, IMG, Bosch (B/S/H), and National Highways. Her work also spans public and not for profit sectors including the NHS, Macmillan Cancer Support, Imperial College London and several government departments.
She is an Accredited Master Executive Coach member of APECS (Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision) and is passionate about her own development. Her qualifications include Level 7 ILM in Executive Coaching, Systemic Team Coaching Master Practitioner (Academy of Executive Coaching), Organisational Development Practitioner (Roffey Park), PGCert of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision (Oxford Brookes Business School).
