Iram Cook-Monie
Iram joins On Purpose having built multiple Customer Success functions from the ground up at early-stage B2B software start-ups across FinTech, LegalTech, HealthTech and ClimateTech. She’s been the first hire to join founders, coming in without any prior CS experience and having to learn on the job and iterate through challenges. Her approach combines structured problem solving, data analysis, project management and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes for customers and businesses, including increasing adoption by 46% in six months and driving annual net revenue retention from 111% to 121%.
Her analytical mindset was nurtured while reading Biology at Imperial College London, where her final year research project was turned into a published scientific paper. She has additional experience in sustainability through a carbon accounting software company, complemented by a strong personal commitment to social impact through regular volunteering with GoodGym.
These experiences have honed her persistence, adaptability and interpersonal skills, and strengthened her resolve to dedicate my career to purpose-driven work that benefits society and the planet.
