Nadhapreuk Jirasarunya
Prior to joining On Purpose, Preuk was an English-qualified lawyer in the finance industry for over 12 years. Preuk served as a trusted advisor to financial institutions (including in-house at a leading alternative investment manager and a global bank) in leading, negotiating, executing and managing complex finance transactions, such as cross-border private credit, private equity, and special situations investments, project financing and restructuring transactions. He has worked in London, Singapore and Hong Kong, with postings to Amsterdam and Shanghai, and was involved in deploying hundreds of millions of (US) dollars in major projects in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Preuk is keen to deploy his experience and skills from an extensive career in the finance industry to reduce social, economic and environmental inequalities.
Preuk holds an MSc in Global Prosperity from University College London, a PgDip from The University of Law, and an LLB in law from University College London. Preuk volunteers with London-based charities working to reduce inequalities: Sponsors for Educational Opportunity London and The Hygiene Bank in the City of London. Preuk loves the outdoors and is an avid hiker. He recently completed one of his favourite hikes to date, the 192 mile English Coast-to-Coast hike, and he is always up for spending time in nature.
