Natalie Richards

Natalie joined On Purpose in October 2021 after 5 years in the Wine/Retail Industry. She has completed her Wine Diploma exams (DipWSET) and is an Academician of the Champagne Academy (2019). Natalie has held a number of roles in this industry, starting from a trainee and more recently becoming a Partner and dual site manager. Natalie volunteers with the local Girl Guiding Unit. She also enjoys getting involved with volunteering around her local community. Natalie has a degree in History from Coventry University and spent a placement year working with France Business School (Amiens, France) in the International Department.

Post On Purpose, Natalie joined Compass Wellbeing CIC as Head of Operations at the end of 2022 until the end of 2023.

At the start of 2024 Natalie set up a freelance/consultancy business to support Charities, Social Enterprises and Businesses for Good in all things operations and change!

Natalie is currently the Grants Operations and Data Manager at the Rothschild Foundation in Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire.
