Nicola Elton

Prior to joining the On Purpose programme Nicola was a corporate property lawyer with over 13 years experience advising retailers, pension funds and institutional landlords. Nicola led on a variety of complex transactions including residential developments, the sale and purchase of office buildings, and property financings. Nicola has experience establishing a cross jurisdictional project team, working internationally and as a team leader and manager. It was through Nicola’s involvement with pro bono transactions and participation in the firm’s corporate social responsibility programme that her passion for providing equal opportunities for all members of society grew. Nicola enjoys volunteering and is an active member of a community initiative tasked with finding sustainable ways to reduce homelessness.
