Nicolle Murphy
Before joining On Purpose, Nicolle spent four years working as a Business Management Consultant with Accenture, specialising in Finance and Enterprise Performance.
She has worked across multitude of Products clients; specifically Pharmaceutical, Retail and Consumer Goods. Nicolle completed two secondments whilst with Accenture, the first one being with Accenture Development Partnerships programme, where she applied corporate best practices and methodologies into the context of the charity sector. The second working within the Innovation hub, bringing the latest innovation to clients.
Prior to Accenture Nicolle completed a 3 month placement, supporting a gourmet Coffee Roaster in Accra, Ghana to develop a business plan, helping them scale their business. She has been lucky enough to travel extensively, particularly in South America, South East Asia and Africa. Nicolle is particularly interested at how innovation and technology can work as catalyst, to bring about a positive social and environmental change.
Nicolle holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
