Nikita Shah

Nikita joins On Purpose with a background in management consulting, working hand-in-hand with clients to improve their operational framework. She has experience ranging from developing tools and processes to improve efficiencies within a healthcare trust to redesigning the ways of working to enable savings on a multi-billion pound engineering project. Nikita has a passion for making a positive difference and has held various voluntary roles throughout her life, with a recent focus on educational equity both in the UK and internationally. She aims to continue to build on her experiences thus far to bring about real and positive change from within organisations.
