Nivethika Srirangan
Nivi has worked in the finance industry for the last 9 years. She started her career in forensic accounting at Deloitte, before undertaking an audit graduate scheme at BGM.
Most recently Nivi worked at BBC Studios as a finance business partner to their Global Operations team. She then became a key member of the People and Organisational Change workstream of a large scale finance transformation programme, helping her understand the importance of communications and engagement in making lasting successful change.
Nivi holds a BSc in Mathematics with Management and Finance from King’s College London and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
She joins On Purpose as part of our October 2019 cohort in the hope of creating systemic change to address social and environmental issues.
