I’m an experiential leadership and career coach with 25+ years of cross-sector experience helping professionals communicate with clarity, think imaginatively, and make confident, future-focused decisions. My coaching is grounded in the values of Simplicity, Connection, and Discovery, and I work with clients worldwide who want to create meaningful, sustainable change.
What I Help You Achieve I specialise in supporting people who are ready for impactful transformation, including: Improving communication & having better conversations (clearer language, better collaboration, stronger influence) Building confidence & imaginative thinking (unlocking the “180° perspective” to see fresh possibilities) Navigating transitions (new roles, new responsibilities, or new ways of working) Setting strategic goals & developing action-ready plans (with practical frameworks that turn ideas into measurable progress)
How I Coach My approach blends reflective conversation with practical action. You bring the content, I bring the process. As well as verbal connection, I can bring experiential tools that help insight land more deeply: LEGO® model-building for clarity and 3D thinking Walk-and-Talk sessions (in-person & remote) for movement-based insight Visualisation & listening practices to unlock new perspectives Action Learning structures for teams and groups Transformation shouldn’t feel heavy—coaching with me is focused, supportive, and often surprisingly enjoyable.
Professional Experience My extensive portfolio career spans government, L&D, edtech, charity, and arts/culture. Highlights include: Mayor of London’s Community Engagement Team thinking laterally across silos in large, complex systems Apolitical leading global learning programmes for C-suite public leaders Deloitte coaching dispersed teams through an award-winning digital transformation project Having moved between senior employment roles and self-employment several times, I understand career transitions deeply and support clients through them with confidence and clarity. I coach globally while facilitating strategy workshops, training programmes, and mentoring groups. Outside work, I like to travel or dance —because play, movement, and curiosity aren’t just coaching tools; they’re part of my everyday.
Credentials Certified Relational Dynamics Coach (ILM Level 7 equivalent) Certified Action Learning Facilitator Certified Community MBA Member of ILM, International Association of Facilitators, FRSA – Royal Society of Arts My CliftonStrengths—Connectedness, Strategic, Ideation, Intellection, Responsibility—shape how I build insight and support meaningful action.
