Paola Salcedo Largaespada
Pao (she/her) is a writer, storyteller and communicator passionate about social justice, helping others and driving meaningful change. Originally from Latin America, she's a resilient and adaptable third culture individual based in the UK for the past eleven years.
Prior to joining On Purpose, Pao freelanced for social change PR agency Forster Communications, spent a year in media and campaigns at a FTSE100 sustainable packaging company and worked in a Civil Service press office covering a wide range of environmental policies. A life-long bookworm, Pao was a bookseller at her parents' bookshop as a teenager. She still loves to read and write creatively, also volunteering, baking vegan treats and spinning outside of work.
Pao holds an MSc in Management from the University of Edinburgh Business School, an MA in International Relations from the University of St Andrews and is a certified Laughter Therapist.
