Design/Systems Thinking: Co-designed the re-design of Care Information Scotland, the national information provider for carers in Scotland; as a Lead Designer at Snook and in collaboration with Valerie Carr & the Scottish Government.
Organisational Development: Supported Shared Assets (CIC in UK) to design new operational and cultural processes as they shifted from a hierarchical to a flat structure; in collaboration with NEON and Carrie Magee.
Wellbeing in Leadership: Helped increase headteachers' confidence to sustain the wellbeing of their teams by 43%; in collaboration with Know You More.
