Shyantani Saha
Shy is a public health and development professional with over six years of experience spanning clinical practice and systems-level program management. She recently worked with UNICEF in Bihar, where she drove the state-level WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) policy design, advocacy and technical implementation of flagship programs. Shy began her career in West Bengal’s public health system, where she strengthened her problem-solving skills in high-demand, resource-constrained settings. She later transitioned into the NGO sector, leading community-centered rehabilitative strategies in WASH, health, and social inclusion. A Master’s graduate in Health Development and Planning from University College London, Shy combines evidence-based design and collaborative leadership with a sharp understanding of how strategic investments in people, systems, and skills can deliver long-term, scalable impact for communities and institutions alike.
