Over the last 15 years, Steve has worked with a number of media, broadcasting and Financial Services businesses including The Times of London, Sky, Deutsche Bank and the BBC.
Steve has a track record of delivering large-scale complex business transformation programs. Whilst serving as the Chief Experience Officer of Dow Jones & Co based in New York, he led global Customer Service, Customer Operations, Experience Design, Insight & Intelligence, Analytics and Customer Data teams.
Steve holds a degree in Economics & Management from Oxford University and a Master’s degree with Distinction from the University of Cambridge. He started his career at Deloitte Consulting.
