Rebecca Rieley
Rebecca joins On Purpose from children’s charity ARK where she managed the learning and development programmes for all ARK Schools staff across the UK. Prior to this she worked for an international education charity where she developed global projects with DIFID, the EC and peace-keeping organisations worldwide, encouraging schools and children to connect via online communities. Before working full time in the charity sector, Rebecca volunteered in Tanzania at a school and orphanage; worked with the Citizens’ Advice Bureau to connect staff with Parliament, and completed a short placement with the Parliamentary Outreach Team to learn how the public can engage with government.She holds a BA in English Literature from Lancaster University and after graduating joined a legal publishing company. She went on to lead the team who managed all advertisement material published online and in print before moving into the charity sector.
