Zoe joins On Purpose with seven years experience in the education and publishing industries.
As a Product Manager for the world's largest learning company, she led cross-functional teams to develop and deliver market-leading products and digital services at the forefront of innovation in education.
Her key areas of expertise are product development, project and stakeholder management, market research and communications. Passionate about ensuring that all children and young people have the opportunity to achieve their potential, Zoe has volunteered with schools and charities worldwide.
She recently spent two months in Uganda working with an NGO committed to increasing access to education and employment opportunities for women and children in the region. Zoe assisted with hands-on programme management, marketing, and strategic planning around future growth and sustainability.
Zoe is excited to bring her problem-solving and communication skills, enthusiasm and growth mindset to explore how social enterprise could help to bring about systemic change to tackle poverty and socioeconomic inequality.
She has a first-class degree in English and Spanish from the University of Leeds.
