Alice Clifford
Prior to joining On Purpose, Alice Clifford worked as a communications consultant for culture and heritage organisations. In this role, she collaborated with philanthropists, national funders, and local authorities to deliver major regeneration projects and large-scale public events.
During her On Purpose year, Alice worked across both direct delivery and supporting organisations to scale. She helped youth charity AllChild expand nationally, and supported early-stage social enterprises to access social investment at NatWest Social & Community Capital.
She is passionate about the potential for community asset ownership to foster connection and transform local economies. In her spare time, Alice plays tag rugby and practices ikebana (the Japanese art of flower arranging).
