Kerstin Marx
Kerstin is a strategy and innovation professional with 15+ years' experience across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, travel, retail and financial services. Prior to joining the On Purpose Associate Programme she held roles in strategic marketing, was part of a global health insurer's corporate strategy team and worked as a management consultant for boutique advisory firms focused on developing new propositions and business models. Having supported clients in future proofing their businesses through the development of insights and strategic initiatives, Kerstin is passionate about using these skills to help businesses thrive in a green economy. As a sustainability consultant at Satarla, she currently supports clients assess and prioritise risks and opportunities related to the impact of climate change and the loss of nature and biodiversity. In her spare time, she's also an active member of the global Systems Innovation Network, where she works on building the new field of systems innovation by co-developing an open network for people to learn, connect and co-create systems innovation. Kerstin holds an MA in Latin America studies and Political Sciences from Freie Universität Berlin and an MBA with specialisations in Marketing, Strategy and Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
